Please note, you will need the following before you can complete your application: 

1.     Digital copy of your State issued ID for upload within application.

2.     Complete Abuse Awareness Training and digital copy of completion certificate for upload within application. This will satisfy the federally required Safe Sport Act of 2017. This course is available for free from USA baseball and can be found by clicking HERE.

3.    Once you have completed STEP 1 & STEP 2, supplying BBSA with these documents in digital form ready for upload, the FINAL STEP is to click HERE to fill out the application.
