The following outlines the refund policy based on receipt of your request:

• Early Registration Phase Refund Policy = During this phase, anyone who requests a refund will receive a full refund of the registration fee paid.  
• Early Registration Begins: 12/06/2022   
• Early Registration Ends: 1/06/2023
• Regular Registration Phase Refund Policy = During this phase, anyone who requests a refund will receive a refund of the registration fee paid minus $40 to cover administration costs.
• Regular Registration Begins: 01/07/2023
• Regular Registration Ends: 02/05/2023
• Late Registration Phase Refund Policy = During this phase, NO REFUNDS are allowed.
• Late Registration Begins: 02/06/2023
• Late Registration Ends: 03/15/2023
